Your second in command.
Albert writes the owner of a small agency one short note every working morning, from the tools the company already uses: today's calls with an agenda and what to prepare, the promises due or overdue, by client, and up to three things the owner might be missing. Every line shows where it came from, and opens it in the tool it came from.
What Albert reads
- Calendar: today's events, to prepare your calls.
- Mail: conversations waiting for your answer, and what you promised in mail you sent.
- Project tool and your own task list (ClickUp, Asana, Notion and others): open work that is due soon or overdue.
- Meeting notes and time tracking: open action items, and hours against each client's retainer.
Only from the tools you connect, and only what the debrief needs.
What Albert never does
- It never sends, changes or deletes anything in your tools. It only reads.
- It never scores, ranks or rates the people on your team. It describes the work.
- It never makes a line up. If nothing in your tools supports it, it stays out.
Who runs it
Task Engine makes and runs Albert as part of its operations service for agency owners. Each company is set up with Task Engine on an install call. Albert's database is in Frankfurt, Germany, and each company's data is walled off from every other's. How Albert handles your data is in the privacy policy.
